I have been blessed with a gift in exhortative writing. I am now ready to share this gift with all of you, hoping that my words will in return bless you......

In pursuit of my dream to write, by expressing my thoughts in words is how I become elevated, reaching new heights. There are no boundaries between me and my destiny. The only thing that will stop me is if I stop believing. The sky is no longer the limit. For we have created space ships to take flight off of this planet. Exploring new places that have not been seen. Taking risks to capture what we long for, by continiously opening another door. If not driven by our amibitions our purpose will not be fulfilled. I long to fulfill what God has planted inside of me. I know my life will not be complete, unless I give birth to this seed.....
When I was in Grad School, One of my instructors told me "You live in your head". They went on to state that in a group setting my voice is not heard. During consultations, however, the instructor was amazed to discover the information I contained. This wasn't the first time a teacher has encouraged me to speak up and get involved in the classroom discussions. "Don't rob your counterparts of the knowledge you have, it is beneficial to share your expiereneces with others. We learn from one another." Overtime, I realized my most effective way to communicate was through writing. I am a natural story teller, I like to illustrate the purpose of my thoughts and ideas, while providing lots of detail. I'm not afraid to speak about what I know, I just prefer to speak with people individually. I think it's the level of intimacy that can be established when your attention is focused on one person. I've heard from public speakers, that it is possible to engage with a larger audience in the same fashion as if you are speaking to an audience of one person. If it is God's will for me, then one day I will develop that skill. As for now, I enjoy writing my thoughts with the ablility to deliver to a large group, the same message I would convey to a single person. I hope you all enjoy reading Jenieka's Thoughtful Words!
